"An amazing stay. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and modern. The hotel was well designed and beautiful inside and only two minutes to the main square. This was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this Hotel. Mauro at reception and the breakfast staff Was great. "

"Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again "

"Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"

"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...
