"I had an amazing stay at GPI. I visited the spa and made a day out of it. It was so worth it, and so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was super clean. I loved that I could open the window! It made sleeping so much better! I didn’t leave the resort the entire weekend. Everything I needed was right there. I’d definitely recommend to anybody! "

"Really great hotel. We were there for SoCon tournament and it was a great location. I took my daughter to bed around 7 on Saturday night and it was extremely loud, even with her sound machine on until around midnight. It might've been a wedding or perhaps the basement bar that I was hearing. Overall would stay there again but perhaps not on a weekend with kids. "

We love going down for breakfast in the morning and enjoying the company of others if we wish. the fireplace is always going and its very cozy. you can walk just a couple of blocks and be in downtown black mountain. the restaurants are good and you have several varities. "We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"
