"Loved staying here. Fantastic from the start. On check in we were given a warm greeting at Hettie Bells, where you check-in, (they kindly allow free bag storage before the afternoon check in) and the complimentary homemade cookies were a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated on the cold November day. Room lovely decorated, fresh feeling and nice ensuite bathroom. Room not spacious but a big double bed, tv, chair and hangers for clothes, what more do you need. We slept well, nice and quiet....

"I had a wonderful stay at the Cromwell Arms recently. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and amenities. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice, and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Romsey and conveniently located in the area. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. Hotel is close to Longleat,...

"We love this place, very comfortable. Food is amazing, however we did find our breakfast a little cold at times. Our room was very cosy but maybe could do with a deep clean in the bathroom. There was a drain odour, but that could havd been the toilet brush that was absolutely rank. Not what you expect to see when stepping out of the shower. We really had a great relax. Many thanks"
