"Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside.
