"Loved this hotel. The ac worked really well. The bed was comfy and room was clean. I enjoyed the light lunch and breakfast options. It’s a plus that you can walk right to acqua calda from the property, a stunning beach with a clear sea. It’s about a 8 minute walk to town/the port. The staff was wonderful and I thank them for a great stay. "

"Ganska så lugn resort nära stranden där all underhållning på italienska. Underhållning så DÄR , störande på kvällen.Alla i personal kan inte engelska. Dock Underbart vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Pool stängt 2,5timme mitt på dagen. AC kostar 10euro per dag och då bara igång vissa tider.Vid ankomst i juni safefy box låst,hygienartiklar i badrum saknades,tv funkade inte.Ac funkade inte så det blev rumsbyte efter 2 dagar till ett rum med sämre utsikt och stinkande badrum. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."
