"My family has pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I was afraid that this would be a little bit below them. But we absolutely loved it. Great hotel, great area great services we like to get out and explore and it was perfect for that, but it also seems to be an ideal place for people who just want to go on vacation and not even leave the hotel. "The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "

"Perfect stay in this lovely hotel. Great room with a wonderful and spacious balcony with stunning views. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Very clean room and also the surrounding areas. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach and a nice walk along the promenade will take you to some good bars and restaurants. We only stayed B&B and breakfast was superb, it had everything you could possibly want. We would happily stay here again. "

Our only criticisms are the very loud dining hall. You could almost do with ear plugs when its' full with everyone shouting.
