"Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."

"Quaint country inn in an adorable town with a pizzeria and bar. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager and restaurant server are friendly and helpful with great English speaking ability. I recommend this place for a quiet and safe stay. "

"Our stay at the Gasthof zur Post was all we could have hoped for. The Kramer family and their staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of fresh food on offer at the buffet with the option of freshly cooked items too. We only ate at the hotel on one evening but the food was very good - plenty of choices. Rooms clean and spacious. We didn't use the spa facilities because we were visiting family in the area and time was short but certainly would if we stay...

"Very nice resort! Excellent breakfast!! Room was clean and nice except there was no air conditioning and no screen on the French door. The door had to be kept open 24/7 for air, which let in neighbor's smoke and bugs!! Would go back to the new section of the resort."

"Loved this hotel! The overall facility was stunning, but the room itself was lacking. The best part was the breakfast buffet, the staff and the location! It's a little out from Lake Bled, but I prefer to be away from the touristy areas! Pros: The hotel has a lot to offer, from the pool and spa to the staff and restaurant! Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room looked like it needed some regular maintenance. I highly recommend!!!"

"For business, the hotel was fine. There was nothing exceptional about it. The rooms were relatively spartan. I had two twin beds, although I requested just one. I had also requested a nice view, but was given a view of the parking lot. One thing that bothered me quite a bit was the fact that many services typically rendered by hotels were missing - for example, I asked for an ironing board and iron and was told that there was a laundry service, but I could not iron my clothes myself. Great apartments, friendly staff & lovely burgers!

"We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. He also manages the apartments so when we arrived at the property quite late on Day 1 he was kind enough to keep the restaurant open till later than usual and served us some amazing own-recipe burgers. I’d highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind not being in the city centre… we thought it was a bonus to not be in the centre of town, where parking can be an issue. Thanks 'Jigga'.... it was a pleasure to meet you and we had a stay great."
