"The hotel was such good value. 24hr reception was great as we had been delayed so didn't arrive until 1am. The breakfast offering is huge, there's something for everyone. The rooms are a little tired, but the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are no kettles in the room but there's a coffee machine in the foyer (charged), and you can purchase cup noodles from reception and they will provide hot water."

"The most surprising part is heated bathroom floor! Shower glass is only partial . So get very wet I. The room but with heated floor, it dries pretty quickly! Also location was perfect for us to move around."

"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about it. Her attitude change when we apologized for not knowing and also let her know what a horrible experience we were having at their hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners. "

"We were passing the area. The hotel on the road had no room anymore. We decided to get on to the top of the mountain to this resort style hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Recommended "

"Kim (proprietor) was a most gracious host and a great help to us during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and unique. The food was 5 star. We had dinner 3 nights and each were exceptional! Breakfast (included with our stay) was delicious and started our day off right. Would recommend a stay and/or dinner to anyone looking for a ski in/out hyatta. "
