"Very good hotel and staff, let down by attention to detail. TV system needed the channel list updating and fixing - BBC1 was on channel 2 and named "BBC 2" and vice versa. Neither channel presented EPG information. Other channels were out-dated. No directions to restaurant/bar/breakfast - you had to know the name of the restaurant/bar to be able to find them - and "50 The Street" isn't obvious!
