"My husband and I had stayed here in October 2024. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have a great room, as it was facing the car park and it was the only available room on Expedia. However, the beautifully decorated lounge area with a roaring fireplace, overlooking spectacular views, soon made up for the flaws in our room. The restaurant is excellent! "The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the pillows were as well. The bathroom was exactly as pictured with the rainfall showerhead and the big bath tub. It was sooo nice to have a bath after hiking all day. Service was prefect, friendly and attentive. We had dinner at the sister restaurant just down the road, i had the chicken he had the lamb and both were so tender... wonderful meals. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back."
