"I did not like the breakfast arrangement, for breakfast you have to walk to another building, as i had limited mobility I had to miss out on breakfast every day of my stay. you do not even offer a basic breakfast which can be delivered by room service. This was a real inconvenience"

"My experience was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options. I ate dinner at the restaurant one night, and had an excellent meal. I slept in a room with two twin beds, and I did find them to be more narrow than what I expected, which is why I did 4 vs 5 stars.
