We did have a problem with getting the room lock to work the first few days we were there. There was some conflicting information on whether we were to use the key card to lock it or just shut the door and wait at least...

"The Staff were amazing, very helpful and responsive! The breakfast was impressive! The only thing that didn't work correctly was the fan in the bathroom, but when we requested a small fan, housekeeping immediately brought one to our room. Thank you, and I hope we get to return for another visit! "
