"I gave the property 4 stars for the age of the property, especially in the room (carpet, decor, etc.), and incrediblye tiny-ness of the bathroom-- it's smaller than RV bathrooms but gets the job done. HOWEVER, for the area and for primarily being a ski resort rental, it was way more than adequate and I'd definitely stay there again. "Room was booked for three persons and extra paid. However the room was not set up and linen, bedding and towels not initially provided persons for three persons I would have expected a slightly better service bearing in mind the premium paid for booking this hotel. Otherwise a good hotel to stay "

"Hotel Alpenblick is super cozy! A 5 minute walk from the starting point to the journey towards the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. With a “mountain view” room you get an amazing look at the Matterhorn itself. Fabien at reception was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. He took us to the train station at 7:45 AM so we could make the Glacier Express. He was also very easy to talk to and made great conversation. "Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...
