"L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied des télécabines et du village. La chambre était spacieuse et avec beaucoup de rangement. Accueil de qualité et personnel aux petits soins. Piscine, sauna et salle de sport irréprochables. Petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Le seul bémol est que l'hôtel dispose d'une grande salle de jeux pour les enfants mais celle-ci n'a pas été nettoyé durant notre séjour de 4 jours. "The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....
