"Modern, clean comfortable with outstanding staff. The best moment for us was when we arrived we were given a private tour of the hotel by a staff member who was amazing!!! He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. He and his family are from Ukraine and their story is amazing. From Los Angeles to Ukraine, much love!!!!"

"Great location Spacious room Great location for town which is easily walkable from the hotel. Parking outside was easy as we had booked a parking space. Essential if arriving by car. Its very busy around the town to park. Super efficient check in with extremely helpful man when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Beds a bit harder than we are used to, but we got used to them. Breakfast was plentiful, but not to our taste. It depends on what you like to eat, so is...

"This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!"

"We were received by a lovely receptionist who booked us in quick and provided us with clear instructions and places to visit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast is the best we had for a long time with a big variety of food too long to mention. The hotel is in a prime position in the centre of Brasov but very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it for its great value."

"Carpet in the room was old, damaged and dirty, and so was part of the furniture. Bathroom not properly cleaned, disgusting blood stains on the walls and the bathtub curtain. Halls and amenities were pretty modern and clean. Breakfast was a rich, multi-option continental, restaurant spacious and accommodating."
