"First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10"

"Once again no coffee in room no cups either, & only one large towel. Again had to beg desk to bring them. I'm not getting paid to do housekeepers job. Management always says they will correct this for future but doesn't follow through. Thats my 4th time telling them. Also non-guests still walk through parking. A twenty foot long fence would easily stop that."

"This place was a complete ****hole. Their pool is covered in algae. They need to pressure wash and paint the entire facility on the outside because its filthy. The inside of the room had wires hanging out of the roof with no smoke detector. The walls were filthy, lamp shades missing, one white lampshade on one end of the room, the one next to the bed was yellow and smelled like cigarettes. The bed sheets and blanket had cigarette burns all in them and ink stains all over them. Wall outlet covers...

"First room we got in smelled like an ashtray.the second room they tried to put us in had someone in it....the last room they had roaches..the floor was all greasy!! You can definitely tell that they do not clean theses rooms how they should! "
