The hotel decor and rooms are a little dated and in need of modernisation and some minor repairs, but everything was clean and tidy. "Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Quality hotel, I recommend it!"

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "
