"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. Upon our arrival, the internal road leading to the hotel was completely covered in snow. "Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "

"Great hotel and perfect for the slopes. Unfortunately booked as pay on arrival but they take payment 1 month before directly off your credit card. So you lose the key points too. Very poor that thus website pass on the sensitive data. "

"Fantastic stay as always, their sauna and spa area set the bar in the area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the space overall is awesome. Incredible blend of old(original) and modern, the breakfast buffet is something to see."

"Great apartment placed a bit up the mountain, but only a short walk from the city. Only downside was very tight parking spaces. Close to impossible to park if all apartments are booked."
