"Lovely interior, and a very nice breakfast with a beautiful view looking down into the street below. Room was clean and the bedding was amazing. I had an issue during my stay which was very quickly resolved by the staff. Would recommend."

"Had a lovely stay, I was there for business. The WiFi worked well which is a plus. Had a problem with the TV and the delightful duty manager tried her best to fix it before swapping it for another one, apologising for any inconvenience. I had a splendid burger with chilli and cheese with a side of onion rings, which was a great day to end the day. Popped into the gym and pool for a couple of workouts and a swim. "Great location near train station approx 6-10min walk depending on your mobility. We booked a twin room which was comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. No doubt the room could do with some maintenance and a refresh. The doors loudly squeaked which wasnt great if going to the loo during the night. The bathroom door didnt have a working lock and whilst you could adjust the heat in the bedroom you couldn't turn down the heat in the bathroom and with such a small room it...

"Lovely big room and super comfy bed. The lady at breakfast (Sarah?) was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Deserves a mention as some people hate their jobs and are miserable; she was so wonderful. Medium black stain on the carpet is my only negative comment; and didn't ruin my stay!"
