The room itself was really nice and cosy, but it was really hot in the room, and the receptionist kindly found me a fan, which really helped. "Good hotel close to the centre. In my opinion they should be giving double size duvet and two pillows for double bed (instead of single) and there should be a kettle in the room. Overall great staff and good facilities. "

App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

"Clean and conveniently located next to public free tram. The name can be confusing compared to "Novotel Kirchberg". Also, it is not easy to see "Novotel Suites" when the tram first drops you."

"Disappointed that the extra bed was not ready for us despite reception knowing that it was a room for 2 adults and a child at check in we had to go back to reception to get a child’s bed. The hotel says that children stay free, but that was not our experience as my friend had the room next door and she paid less using the same booking platform and we booked at the same time. "
