"Wonderful stay all you need for a short stay"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "Lovely hotel right in the heart of Strasbourg. The staff made dinner reservations for us two nights of our stay, which was very helpful. Also, there were quite a few amenities. We received a bottle of sparkling wine in our rooms on the first night and chocolates every evening at turn down. Also, the breakfast was delicious. "
