"I booked a short trip to see Fall Foliage the second week in November and was very pleased. The area right around the hotel is planted with ginkos and maples that have vibrant colors and the trip from Weinheim to Heidelberg on Route 3 and the local castle park are also nice for fall foliage. Tram 5 stops 100 meters away so you can visit Heidelberg or Mannheim with no parking challenges. The fitness facility is the best of any hotel -- it is actually a large training center for personal trainers...

The guy on reception was very unhelpful- didn’t explain how to get through the barrier to enter the hotel with our motorcycle and didn’t explain what was available to eat in the restaurant or where the swimming pool or facilities were - we found out that information from the lady in the lift who was cleaning, who was very polite and helpful. Would not recommend this hotel!!"

"Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually...
