"The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."

"Struttura molto bella immersa totalmente in una deliziosa pineta a 100 m dal mare. All'interno ci sono tutti i servizi, dall'edicola al supermercato fino al teatro per l'animazione e un campo da calcetto molto ben tenuto e coperto. "An absolutely marvelous place to stay. Fine Pugliese cuisine is also offered in the restaurant, the food is brilliant and the service is second to none. Our waiter, is an incredible ambassador to both the hotel and the Pugliese people. What a wonderful human being. This is an exceptional establishment. "
