"Nice quality accommodation that is in good condition. The pool was a bonus, but charging an extra 20 euros for the sauna and steam room is petty. On check out we were charged 80 euros to clean the apartment, which is excessive as the room clearly hadn't been overly well cleaned before we arrived. At best, each apartment would take a maximum of 1 hour to clean properly, which doesn't occur, so 80 euros is simply profiteering."

"Prachtig gelegen,aan de voet van de skipistes! Mooie accomodatie, heel vriendelijk ontvangen! Winkels, restaurants,alles in de buurt! Zwembad in gebouw. Een topper!!! "

"Bonne prestation. L’hotel est bien situé, confortable, calme, propre, et le personnel est accueillant. Attention, il s’agit de résidences vacances, et pas d’une prestation hôtelière. Mis à part les draps, rien n’est fourni (serviettes, TV et Wifi en supplément) "

"We arrived at 2am and there were clear instructions as to where the overnight check-in was. This was not a problem. However, there was no toilet roll in the room. This was a problem at 2am at 1800 metres up on the mountainside.. The following morning, we were allocated 1 roll of toilet paper, and thereafter, you had to buy your own. When we arrived, the room was still a bit dirty. We actually had to sweep and mop the floors, and run an antibacterial wipe over everything before we could even...
