"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"

Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"
