"This was a wonderful spot. It's like an oasis away from everything, and not a box hotel. I was concerned by the cost-effective price, but it excels in all ways. It's like a little resort. A great spot to rest before an early AM flight. It's on the flight path from the airport, but no noise after the latest flight and earliest. (10:00pm - 5:30am). Great pool. Nice bar and restaurant. This will be my go-to hotel (resort) for BJX airport from now-on."

"My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport. The rooms are VERY pricey compared to the rest of the area, but we went with this hotel because in pictures, the rooms looked very modern and cloean and property seemed upscale, with it's decor and furnishings. Another reason why we reserved this hotel is because of its rooftop bar, which their pictures online just boasted about! Sad to say, we did not experience the bar mentioned as it was under construction (I was a bit disappointed about this) and there was no mention that the bar cannot be accessed anywhere. The price per night averaged to about $250 with all taxes and fees included. For this price, the hotel could have included complimentary breakfast or complimentary "something." Overall, it was a good stay because of the unique rooms and charming spot... Will I stay here again if I were to return with our daughters, probably not. I did not enjoy the very tiny bathroom sink and this would only be recommended, imho, for singles or couples staying for a short time in Guanajuato."

"Top floor room #43 only had windows which were placed high up in a corner so although you got light entering the room, you had no view or ability to open them for fresh air. Luckily there was an AC unit. Room was big but furniture laid out strange. Staff were all very nice and helpful. "
