"Don’t let the name fool you. This place has nothing to do with wellness. Knew Iit was a scam when I had to pass by an employee smoking at the entrance. No internet, uncomfortable mattress about 5” thick that overhung the bed. NOISY!!!!! Who has tile hallways in a hotel? Tired and dated decor, room was drab, uninspired breakfast, staff was polite, but not helpful. Stay away."

We arrived at the hotel and a very nasty, angry and unhelpful front desk man greeted us and just kept shaking his head No.....and pointed at a wall where keys should have been behind him. We had 2 rooms with confirmation numbers and our charge cards had already been charged. We had emails from Hotels.com saying our rooms were guaranteed.
