"The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Good standard of hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was very good, but we weren't aware that the restaurant was closed on Sunday, which left us with a problem where to eat, as a lot of the places were closed on Sundays. Luckily there was a good supermarket next door so we bought some rolls and cheese and ham and ate in the room. I believed that hotels should provide a place to have something to eat. "The desk clerk was the worst ever in all my years of travel. I really can’t help but wonder why you would employ someone with zero people relation skills in that position! A/C almost non existent and a shower in the room that only a midget could fit into! Strongly suggest you remove the hotel from your site as it will reflect poorly on your business.
