"We loved our stay here! After 20h of travel, the spa was a life saver. It was open until 9pm which was a nice surprise, and had amazing amenities. Sauna with herbs, steam room, pool, hot tub, spa showers, etc. The room was simple (we booked the standard room with 2h spa), but it was great for the one-night we were here. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend if you are wanting to stop somewhere near Naples airport for a night before...

"The Hotel is centrally located & the views from the roof are amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly despite me not being able to speak Italian. I wish I was there during warmer weather and got to enjoy the views from the roof garden. The indoor garden looked like a place they host events such as a wedding. "The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. "All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!!
