We had a comfort room which had a gorgeous free-standing bath in the room itself and a powerful shower and separate basin area (this is glass screened and so you should be comfortable with your room buddy!) "Great hotel. Modern, clean, quiet, well-furnished, secure; friendly staff; proper breakfast (including hot options like bacon, egg and sausage for the Anglo-Saxons). It's right next to the station, which is usually a reason to avoid any hotel, but in Bordeaux the area isn't so bad. Also they give you a (glass) bottle of water when you check in to cut down on plastic and there is a decent restaurant linked to it, though it looks like they could do with a few more staff. I'll definitely stay here...
