The dining option was alright and convenient if one does not want to leave the hotel but for the price paid, the food was nothing outstanding and the service was slow. "Quiet, modern facilities, contemporary and chic decor, excellent service and food."

"The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay."
