"Unfortunately the stay was way worse than expected. Of course, no one expects the decorative pillows to be super clean, but white stains?! Waiters, lady at the bar and a receptionist expecting a baby are super friendly. Rest of the personnel were not really glad to visitors. The toilet seat was not even assembled properly and it was detached from the floor. The soap dispenser had hair of a person who shaved there ages before. Bar furniture has holes all over. It's a pity to spend hours driving...

"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "

"The hotel is a bit tired and needs some upkeep. The lighting in the halls is very dim, and there is a smell of air freshener or carpet cleaner lingering in the air. The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town. "The check in and out very fast, reception staff very friendly and helpful, gave us a few tips about the village and activities around, made an appointment on our behalf with the head of village culture committee to give us a presentation about fujaras and playing on these instruments (free of charge). "We stayed at the standard room with breakfast + dinner option. The dinner was disappointing. The breakfast was ok but if you get a chance, stay next door, at the hotel Posta. It’s much better.
