The breakfast buffet was among the best and most complete. The daily guided hike was a nice surprise on our trip and Mauricio was an excellent leader. "The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic...

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"
