"Really clean large room! Parking right outside our room! Big bathroom with twp person jetted tub. They even supply the bath salts! There was candies in a bowl and a chocolate bar on the bed. The only thing i would have liked 2 bars because there was 2vof us ataying in the room. Highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Palmerston North! "

"This place was absolutely immaculate and it truly sparkles. It is if not the cleanest, then it's as clean as any hotel or similar we have ever stayed in, anywhere around the world. They have thought of everything and provided it. Lovely bed linen, towels and a very comfortable bed. The shower is great, the spa is one of the best and there are no leaks! And the people running it are friendly, pleasant and extremely efficient. "

"The kitchen bench is very small. A kettle and a big toaster, there was no room for a plate. I suggest a smaller toaster. The tea towel was not a good drying fabric. I liked the idea of a dark make up flannel"

"Just go to single room was nice and tidy comfortable, but you had to fill the jug in the bathroom sink. Base channels on TV couldn’t cast my phone to the TV to watch Netflix or anything. Apart from that really nice and polite place was tidy and clean. I’d stay there again."
