"Be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory supplement (90 euros for a couple for 1 week) for the entertainment (which was OK) and includes pool aqua-aerobics, a singer and concerts every evening, but in my opinion this should be included in the upfront hotel costs, rather than hidden in small print. The biggest negative was that the hotel does not have wifi for the 2016 season (apparently it had it in 2015). The hotel has a wireless router, which you can connect to, but this is NOT connected...

"What a lovely place! We had a fantastic time in Morano, nestled within the breathtaking Pollino National Park. The town is charming and uniquely situated. Our hotel was wonderful, impeccably maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great tips and recommendations. The breakfast was excellent, served in a cozy room filled with art pieces, homemade cakes, and a brilliant selection of food. We hope to return and explore more of this beautiful area."

"Seems to be a hotel for families without the amusements of a holiday park. Staff were slow rude and no service after check in. The pool was too small and over crowded with families so we didn't get to use it. Only best perk was the private beach and it was very nice. The staff at the beach were friendly."

"We booked a suite but at check in we were told that all the suites were full so were given basic double room with no bathtub. We were given very little information at check in as none of the staff spoke good english. We never received complimentary mineral water as promised in booking. They don't leave fresh towels in your room either we had to go look for some from the cleaner. "
