"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. "A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented.
