"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "Unfortunately the young woman at the desk did not speak any English despite the website saying they had multi-lingual staff, this made it very challenging. Also the room was up a few flights of stairs and not air-conditioned, and it was an extremely hot time in France, there was one weak fan in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable. "
