"First and last time. Dinner finished at 20.30, checked in at 20.50 restaurant was still serving main course. Asked at bar if they could at least do a sandwich, was offered two pieces of bread and sachet butter to put the crisps in I had just bought - disgusted at how unaccommodating the kitchen and staff were after a long day of travelling. As a frequent traveller, I would never stay at this hotel again "
