"We only stayed for one night as a stopover but the pool facilities were a great bonus for us, particularly with the children. A stones throw from the beach, plus restaurants, it felt like a nice resort close to, but away from the mania of the Costa Del Sol. "

The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!! "

"Good location south of the town and port areas. Could walk along the promenade both directions, so visited the natural park area too. Great little Spar shop across the road and plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance if required. Room clean and beds comfortable. Spacious lounge and kitchen area with plenty of facilities (although no kettle so boiled the water for a cuppa). Room temperature good. Guests generally not British. This didn’t matter to us, however it meant the entertainment...

"I have to say that service is very good but it needs a goooood upgrade everything is very old and broken had to go down a long way just to report the main door 5 times at the end maintenance man had to come every helpful and polite i have to say. Food excellent at the buffet. The night activities poor practically all done by the staff did not like it needs good intertainment had to go to the room early not good. "Nice hotel, although little worn and not maybe fully 5 star worthy. It would have been great if the pools (or at least one) of the outdoor pools would be heated. But it was nice to have small indoor pool (spa area was not open for kids). Food was good and kids club and entertainment very nice! Right next to beach and boulevard. Nice shops and cafes nearby. "

"We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property. Need a kettle in the kitchen. Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure. We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that...
