"The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Most staff spoke a little English so communication was not an issue. I liked having access to the spa however perhaps there should be one point of payment to prevent Being confused. There was no access to a restaurant which would have been nice to know at the time of booking."

The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely...

"Staff went out of their way in what could have been seen as a common request! Thought because the Hotel was so luxurious that we might seem not so. However, it turned out so different they were accommodating to even the smallest need."
