"Wonderfully friendly staff that were always willing to help. We arrived late for our first night, every door was locked. Thank goodness for the young male that helped me settle in quickly to our accommodations. To the other young male that helped me figure out the coffee machine without making me feel incompetent, thank you for your patience and grace. Room was fine for the 3 days we were in town and met our needs. "

"The breakfast was included, however the pancakes machine could be a bit warmer as the pancakes were undercooked. The option of a extra breakfast could have been simpler as I did not know where to pay or how to pay... So... Some room for improvement."

"Always a delight to stay at the Jasper. Great area, very lively and vibey. Right next to Victoria Markets, a great variety of eateries from the recently hatted Patsy’s to Asian cheap and cheerful.And only a couple of stops away from heart of the city on the free tram service. "

"My wife stayed over the weekend. We prefer The Next as we’ve stayed several times before. My wife was upgraded to a club room. She wasn’t granted club access. although when she asked if she could access she was. Practical consideration for loyal guests for sure."

"Absolutely awesome stay at this property. We were offered a champagne on check in and the hotel was so quiet, beds were comfortable and room was lovely. The heated pool and Aperol rooftop bar was the standout feature with a stunning backdrop and perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was also fantastic. My friend and I lost track of time just relaxing in this space and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The pool area also had complimentary sunscreen and chilled water and cups ready to keep...
