"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. "Deze accomodatie heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Het onderhoud is al een tijd niet gedaan en dat is te zien. Ook het schoonmaken van het pand en de vloeren is ook al een tijd niet gebeurd. Een zwembad (waar niet meer geadverteerd wordt) ligt er compleet vervallen bij met een goor zeil erin. Bedden waren slecht en verzakt, badkamer plakte de knoppen de douche was verder goed. Dit 4 sterren hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. "

"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. "The location and views of the Villa Volpi are breath-taking. If you are looking for a quiet place to recharge this is the one. The pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. The room was very spacious and clean, but some upkeep is needed. The shower is wood panelled and the wood was all mouldy in the corners.
