The excellent location with walking distance to the amazing city centre , the bus station and nice dining cafe places , I would greatly recommend this hotel We just had a couple of reception people at check in who were unfriendly but the rest of the staff were good "

"Villa Carlotta is a treasure. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The ruins are a 10 minute walk. The views are beautiful, especially from their nice restaurant. We booked one of their luxury apartments nearby, and it was spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms, with a wonderful view, and near a lovely public garden. Beds were very comfortable and there was a living room, kitchen, and washing machine. Water pressure was good. AC in all rooms. There is a shuttle to a beach club associated...

"The villa is beautiful and extremely convenient to the center of Taormina. The staff and hosts were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and rooftop bar was very picturesque. Be warned however there are a LOT of stairs to get around the property so if you have mobility issues you should discuss room location with staff when booking. You do not want or need a car and it is difficult even navigating crowded Taormina to get to the hotel by car."
