"We were so pleased of this place that we want already to go back! Immaculate place, the masseria is a pleasure to see. "The property looks amazing but a lot what you see on the images doesn’t come true during a normal stay. I had a superior triple room. We were lucky that we only had a child with because the room was tiny. We complained and all rooms are apparently the same size. I think images are only of exclusive bridal suites. The pool that isn’t square on the images is closed and only for weddings. Other pool is good and lively. That was the key highlight. Wouldn’t go back"

"I booked the room a few hours before arrival. I drive hours only to find the host needs to be contacted 24hrs before check in. This was not possible given when the room was booked. Essentially I was robbed by this property and expedia. It should not of let me book the room if check in was never posible. "
