"On business I need a nice room, good wi-fi, easy parking, breakfast and attentive staff. The Bussola provides all these. It's away from the centre of Novara, but for me that's not a drawback. "I booked suite with balcony, one king size and a twin size bed, they gave me a simple king room. After insisting I got a king bed and 2 twins in one room, king being in the same room in the loft, so not the suite I was expecting. No balcony. "Very comfortable stay and excellent food! The people here could not be nicer! Handicapped accessible. The have rooms on the ground floor or there is a life to second floor rooms with an accessible shower. I had room #6! I will be back to stay and dine again! They have true North Italian cuisine.
