"From the minute we arrived, the serice was excellent. We were greeted by a warm and friendly woman who was so helpful. The room was top notch - super clean, spacious and with a nice view. ALL staff were incredible. The friendly guy cleaning the lift, the room cleaners, reception and dining room staff were just fabulous. Some confusion for my fellow traveller when ordering cup ot tea - teapot brought mixed with milk. Room power points limited for 3 people charging phones/watches/hearing aids. Wireless charging mentioned on lamp but couldnt get to work. Maybe some instruction. "
