"Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"There was a change in hotel management during our stay. As the new managers were moving into their own accommodations, the main portion of the hotel was closed. "The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"They cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance via an email we did not see because we were driving through the countryside. Their reason was that they were remodeling. They didnt know that were going to be remodeling sooner than one day in advance?? Give me a break! Add that to the fact that they referred us to another hotel which cost 40 Euro less but we were billed the higher price!! Can you believe it?
