"A superb hotel staff with excellent service. Rooms are more of a European style, basic. If one thing needs updating it would be the matresses. The mattresses in our room, were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Restaurant menu was great and quality of food generous. Will stay again"

"The Hotel is conveniently placed 10 min walk from the Plaza. Rooms are adequate for a one day or two stay, basic, beds are very firm but if you are used to hard beds like I am its not a problem. En suite bathroom very tiny, only cold water, check in was fine, but from there on there is no particular level of service. "No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."
