Beds are comfy but disappointed to find its 2 singles combined as i lay in the middle and got the seams. Delicious food and well stocked bar. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the sauna wasn't in operation but everything else was great and as described. We travelled to Chester by train and found the public transport and taxis very reasonably priced with the local buses stopping almost outside of the hotel drive. We would have no hesitation in staying here again, a very good experience...

"Staff were very helpful. Receptionist let us swap rooms when allocated room was right next to lift & I was worried I wouldn’t sleep because of noise. One of the housekeeping staff ran my partner to the wedding venue we had been at the day before when he was unable to get a taxi "
