"We had four nights here and were treated exceptionally well from start to finish. The hotel is a bit older with some minor hiccups and smaller rooms, but the location and hospitality of the staff far exceeded our expectations. If we could give more stars than 5 for the staff, we would. Everyone - from front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were very kind and welcoming. Fantastic location, mere metres from the beach. Would recommend and would stay here again. "

The room itself was large and airy with desk, chairs, large settee and tea and coffee making facilities, large spacious bathroom with bath robes and shoes. "Nice and quiet place to stay. The appartement is somewhat limited in amenities. There was a lack of some essential cookware and plates for someone wanting to cook a basic meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for some quiet and relaxing vacations."

"Very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. The room itself is spacious enough and actually has an area with a small table and two chairs, which gave extra comfort. Also, the mattress is superior: new and firm. All in all, a great hotel."

"Eden Roc is a lovely hotel in a great location. Front Desk staff could be better, sometimes grumpy and not that well trained. Check in and check out is not close to slick but the rooms ( many recently refurbished) are good, the pool is great but very cold! Breakfast is good but if you sit outside you have to contend with the pigeons ( they need to invest in an angry looking stone hawk or owl to deter them (?) but overall our fourth stay and happy to return next year."
