As expected, the hotel doesn’t have parking but it’s only round the corner from the lace market car park which is fine. "The experience we had was very positive. The man on reception was very efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. "The place was gorgeous! The staff were helpful. We only stayed for 1 night but was a special night celebrating partners birthday, they put a balloon in the room for us and also gave a happy birthday dessert to my missus!
